As a member I am absolutely appalled by your out of hours service. My son had chest pains and after ringing 111, have 2 doctor call me back to be sent to CGH out of hours over 2 hour and 2 half later later to be told there are no doctors here! I need to go to Gloucester! I am totally disgusted and you wonder why people are so quick to call appt.
