Reception were rude when I got the appointment time wrong, addr seed me in front of other patients without a care about how sensitive I felt. It worsened my fears about coming here. They could have dealt with the matter in a more professional and courteous manner. I felt so embarrassed.

The service I received by the lady treating me was exceptional, she was caring, helpful, polite, professional. There honestly isn’t enough words to describe how happy I am with the service I received from her.
The only downside was having to wait around an hour and half to be seen.
The lady however couldn’t apologise enough for me having to wait so long. I appreciate that.
I felt totally looked after though, and cared for.
The staff are amazing though, top stars for them all.

We came in with my son with a cut to his arm apart from the waiting time in the heat no fans or air conditioning But the staff were fantastic,polite ,warming made my son very relaxed.. seen my Gail and Genene we was quickly referred to JR.. very grateful .
