The service I received by the lady treating me was exceptional, she was caring, helpful, polite, professional. There honestly isn’t enough words to describe how happy I am with the service I received from her. The only downside was having to wait around an hour and half to be seen. The lady however couldn’t apologise enough for me having to wait so long. I appreciate that. I felt totally looked after though, and cared for. The staff are amazing though, top stars for them all.
