Care for my father has been exemplary. The cleanliness is amazing, it’s a lovely hospital. I wish he could stay at Bicester a bit longer.

Absolutely excellent care from start to finish. I was looked after well and had everything explained at every point. I was sent away with information on the treatment I had received and ongoing care. The nurses were friendly and upbeat, which put me at my ease. Lucy was my main nurse and was fantastic!

The care was very good and I am very grateful. We did arrive 15 minutes before closing and it was mentioned a few times to both me and my family booking me in that they were closing soon. I did get it, but I also wasn’t wanting to need to come down either and did feel like My coming in was an annoyance to the staff working as things had been packed away. I do maintain though the care I received was great as I mentioned before I am entirely grateful and pleased to have the facility in town.

Use all of your doors. No point having doors if you don’t open them.
