Seen as expected had to wait but lady on reception very helpful and kept me informed . Very kind and made you feel welcome

The only problem was as I was on my way on holiday I was given a paper prescription by the GP I saw I couldn’t use it as it hadn’t been officially stamped .
Luckily the medication prescribed could be bought over the counter .

Excellent. Did not know it existed until referred by own Health Centre nurse. No waiting, lovely GP, quick assessment and helpful in finding a late night pharmacy that I could take my prescription to.
Suggested improvements
I think it was totally adequate - wish own Health centre ran as smoothly and efficiently!

Both the initial call handler and the doctor at 111 were friendly and professional. I was given rbe choice of treatment and chose to have a face to face appointment. The doctor at the hospital was excellent. He was very thorough in checking me over and I felt he listened to me with no rushing.
Altogether a very good experience.
