Both the initial call handler and the doctor at 111 were friendly and professional. I was given rbe choice of treatment and chose to have a face to face appointment. The doctor at the hospital was excellent. He was very thorough in checking me over and I felt he listened to me with no rushing. Altogether a very good experience.
