All the staff are excellent ready to assist and will guide you what is the best for you.Always smiling especially receptionist,she is the best coordinator.

I am content with how the department is running. If any improvement is needed I will have to think about it.

My doctor was amazing and very explanatory about my condition and answered any of my concerns.

The waiting time could improve. I waited 45 min to be seen and was the 5 person in when the centre opened. It also opened late contrary to the time the centre was advertised to be open and I was forced to wait outside by the reception.

I was greeted today by a very welcoming and humble receptionist called Kofi who was extremely helpful and reassuring regarding my visit today at the clinic extremely attentive! I was later seen by a lovely male nurse called Sunny who had great knowledge and helped me with treatment today (has also helped me in the past) he explained everything in through detail which is extremely rare to find and also had a very positive joyful approach which really made me feel comfortable as I do tend to get anxiety visiting clinics. Both members of staff have made my visit very easy and welcoming and cannot thank them enough for all their help today! Honestly one of the best members of staff with the NHS sector. THANK YOU.

Wasn't kept waiting too long before my appointment, I was put at ease straight away & greeted with a smile too...was also informed well & advised throughout.
