Polite staff. Seen promptly. MRI booked.

Suggested improvements
I felt a little patronised about use of crutches and arthritic strap- felt I was made fun off- implied I didn’t really need them. The strap was issued by a German doctor- the doctor made fun of this. The crutches were issued by the minor injuries clinic- the use of them was questioned. I didn’t feel this was necessary- 9 years since my last operation/being seen and I would not take something I did not need to use.

I was prioritised appropriately. Treated with care and respect and when I called with an issue was give appropriate follow up advice and treatment. On each of my visits I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. Longer at my first visit which is mildly surprising as I had a head injury caused by impact. I felt very confident in the treatment I was given on both occasions.

Suggested improvements
The hours of service are somewhat arbitrary. People get injured before 10am and after 10.30pm. The carpark payment system doesn’t work well. Firstly there are insufficient instructions as to how the meter works and secondly you have no clue how long you might have to wait. It is not right that people should be paying for parking in any event.

Staff friendly, calming and comforting. Cheerful and positive. Very professional. Was seen by Dan. His colleagues, especially those in X-ray, excellent too.
