Of all the Hospitals I have ever visited I would rate Abingdon top. The staff were absolutely first class. Melissa was my Nurse who examined me and she was as good as any Doctor. Happy ,smiling and so caring. Sometimes in life you come across special people well they were all special. The experience gave me a great lift.

I don't believe you can it's very difficult to improve on perfection. I am white British I was unable to insert white British below.

We weren't sure if MIU was the most appropriate care setting to seek medical advice, but staff were extremely helpful and caring, reasonable waiting time.
Suggested improvements
Care was excellent, but the waiting area in Abingdon's MIU was extremely warm (to the point of having sweat dripping our backs and cheeks flushed, it felt a bit unhealthy).

Waiting room was crowded. X-ray was crowded The NHS needs major investment in front line staff.
