Lovely care and cleaning staff
Great OT Team
Good Physio facilities
Suggested improvements
When patients say they need the toilet, even if they’ve been recently please don’t ask them to hold it as not everyone can.
Don't open windows when asked not to.
Don’t subject patients to fierce air conditioning.
Install bottom washing facilities in toilets such as water pipes, or better still Japanese toilets.
Install bathing facilities.

Therapy very good

Felt very frightened initially as she did did not know what was going on.
Sometimes noises at night with talking
Sometimes a lot of waiting…for instance to get washed in the morning because there is not enough staff.
Food not very good….Pureed….no taste.

I was getting worse in waiting room and nobody tlalked to me. I would have appreciated more info about wait and some reassurance
