All members of the team from reception to the medical team we're helpful, pleasant, and very professional.

The only thing that I saw that may make a visit to the unit better is a better car parking meter that does not take so long to issue the ticket Especially when the weather is not great.

Being triaged at the hospital certainly helped when returning home and calling the 111 services as my assessment was already in the system.
