More name badges please. There was just one lady on reception who was a little curt but no name badge so I really don’t know who she was. I said “I phoned you ( the clinic) earlier “ Her response was “no you didn’t, I’ve only just got here” Undoubtedly true but not the response to make you feel respected. One small isolated incident. Everyone else was fantastic. Thank you. You stepped in when my surgery had no-one available for 6 days.

Seen and xrayed really quickly by lovely helpful, knowledgeable, caring staff. Also pleased that they asked for my pronouns. I'm very obviously female but feel it's important that health services are as inclusive as possible.

Please pay them all more and staff the service properly.

Friendliness of medical team

The reception staff were sharp in tone and did not show empathy for those using the service for the first time. For example, whilst stood in the queue we were triaged but you had no privacy. I was then simply handed a clipboard with a pen but given no instruction at all, so when I’d completed it I went to the desk to ask if the form needed to be handed back in I was met with a sarcastic tone rather than a simple polite ‘yes please’. The reception staff seemed frustrated and it was only the start of their shift. I appreciate things are hard but it isn’t the patient’s/ fault. An elderly couple seemed confused about the process but no one offered to help them nor asked whether they’d like assistance.
