Staff were friendly and efficient and informative. They exhibited care and compassion. A student observing my casting had a lovely manner and the nurse who was teaching and doing my cast balanced explaining things to me and her trainee very well. I was shown my X-ray and it was explained to me what they saw which was nice.

I don’t feel there was anything that could be improved.

The lady who dealt with my knee when the football was on. Was professional, kind and could tell she loves what she does.

The food was surprisingly good,both the flavours and the range of choice. I liked especially the freshness of the veggies.

All the the staff were amazing, nothing was a problem, staff very good and caring and helpful and informative.

Could do with more showers , not enough and sometimes I would have to wait a long time.
