Excellent service, great friendly staff (I was seen by Emma and Andrew, an Ambulance trainee, both excellent) and wonderful care. Many thanks.
Suggested improvements
I was bleeding from an angle grinder wound but there was no initial triage to assess how bad it was. If my bleeding was worse no one would have noticed until I passed out.

Rather than have to chase things whilst waiting, communication is key, my anxiety and blood pressure went through the roof as I had no idea what was going on
When it arrive my blood pressure was extremely high but it was not checked again
