Everything was great.
Staff are amazing, so friendly and thoughtful, they interacted with my 2 children brilliantly perfect :-)

Staff are very efficient show great empathy, very helpful and all seem to work together as a very happy "team".
Whoever thought up the idea of the EMU had brilliant fore-sight.

The staff were most welcoming right from the reception and during my whole visit.
The 2 nurses (Maggie 1 and 2) who attended to me could not have been more helpful- extremely efficient and made me feel most comfortable.
Thank you to both.
Dr Novall was most informative and explained my whole case most thoroughly.
