1. The staff were briefed and what was expected and paperwork processed timely.
2. Friendly staff. The explantions of what they were doing at each step.
3. I was monitored throughout the procedure.
4. Food was great.
5. Aftercare was given too.

Everything was good - nothing could be improved.
Staff were extremely kind and helpful and were good at linking with family and communicating what was going on and what the plans are.

The care that my partner received was very good. Everyone was attentive and happy which makes for feeling positive when you are worried about the illness that we were admitted for. The nurses work very hard and all seemed very committed.

Friendly, polite and attentive staff at all times. Very helpful and always willing to listen and offer good advice.
A lovely experience, more like a family orientated staff than a hospital.
