Seen within an hour.
I didn't feel "silly" bringing a minor injury to be seen.
Although only minor my wound was treated seriously.

The drop in system worked well.
Very nice staff and excellent.

Having used the service a couple of times it seems that there is normally a queue to be seen but it is still much quicker than going to the JR. The staff are great and deal with you as quickly as possible. Even with very simple things they talk about what you need to do after discharge without being patronising.
