A nurse offered me a coffee after being there a considerable amount of hours. No treatment was given. I left without discharge as I was totally disgusted with your level of care....

By having adequate treatment I should of been of given... Instead of having to call 111 again as the Dr was a waste of space at the Jr.... since being given proper treatment by a professional, not a professional idiot I have now somewhat improved as somebody else done his job for him as he was clearly incapable. Disgusting how doctors focus on mental health for a physical problem!!!

Wait times could be clearer. The one our way to sign us up, however I think we waited about three hours despite having a head injury. Understand a long wait times, however it’s really helpful with organising logistics (kids at home) to know what the wait time will be

The staff were very friendly and lovely towards my child and gave amazing care to him!
Suggested improvements
The care for my child was great but I felt I knew little about the next steps or outcomes as it was a reportable incident. I understand that had to be done and never questioned that but felt I was given little information about what to expect and who to hear from. I also felt very judged for being there for a reportable incident as a parent.
