Appointment was made via 111 for 7.15. When I arrived receptionist was extremely apologetic that the surgery was running late . I was seen only 15 mins late, this was only 1 1/2 Hours after appointment made.

The A&E facilities,coupled with a walk in X Ray department,within easy commuting distance is a great asset to the area.
That it is staffed by knowledgeable friendly people is a bonus.

Julie and the staff were amazing at helping my little 2 yrs old girl with her burnt finger. Going the extra mile seeing her when the Drs surgery couldn't. 3 days minor injuries staff jhelped my daughter. Very calming and reassuring, excellent care.
