We waited 4 hours between ringing 111 and the gp calling us back, that felt a long time. Once the gp rung us, we were seen with 45 minutes

It all worked really smoothly once I got to HAPI Clinic.I was seen quickly and treated quickly and very satisfied with the experience - except for parking!
Where are patients expected to park when all the car parks ( near West Wing) are reserved for staff?
