The Dr we saw was very thorough and helpful.

The Dr asked me to get a urine sample from my 15 month old granddaughter and said to use the baby change facility, I asked the receptionist where it was and she said there wasn’t one! Her suggestion was that I change her on the dirty floor of the disabled toilet!! I ended up using a seat in the reception area, which was the only other option! I feel that this was wholly unacceptable and facilities should be provided!
