I have enjoyed my stay here it wasn’t as daunting as I thought. At first I was worried due to previous bad experiences. The staff are lovely.

The heating should be controlled on the ward not from estates. Quite often the temperature is uncomfortable. The food isn’t very nice, and overcooked. Could benefit from being fresher and more options available.ie salads quiche
