The compassion and professionalism have all been good as well as the warmth and friendliness the staff and experience has been extremely good. It doesn’t matter what colour the staff are wearing they are all amazing

They need to increase the number of plastic bedpans so your not waiting to use a comfortable one, also the wristbands are a little uncomfortable and sharp. It would be nice to be offered something other than sandwiches with the soup something like quiche or something. However the soup is excellent.
