Dealing with the issue at hand in a professional setting.
Suggested improvements
When I initially arrived with my problem it was at the behest of my GP. The nurse at first point of contact in Minor Injuries was abrasive, questioning why the GP had sent me, marginalising what was happening in a dismissive manner. Completely not acceptable
