Communication with the dr, explanations and getting in touch with specialists there & then for us to see if our baby needed to be seen that day, also put a referral request in to our GP.

The Care my baby recieved was flawless, my only critic is waiting times appointment was given at 8:20pm and we didn't get seen until 8:50ish.. we wasn't told there is any delays so that was a little frustrating.
