Nothing. After calling 111 I was told I needed to go to an out of hours service i was given 3 addresses. I don't live in the area and was trying to look after my grandaughters. I called the local surgery and explained I had been told I needed to be seen within 6hrs at an out of hours clinic, they directed me to this place. The staff were rude told me i shouldnt be there as it wasn't an accident. After a little wait i felt really out of place i was seen in traige. After a slight touch they claimed my swollen arm was not hot most likely a bursa, it most definitely was hot, it's actually made the skin peal of now. Apparently after waiting a week thinking I was making a fuss, i saw my GP back home. I'm told I have a sudden bone growth and need scans and xrays. I have felt unwell most of the week thank you for the little attention I was given.
