The whole team were great and really helped me out.

I was referred to the Trauma Unit at the JR as I needed an ultrasound. When I got to the JR a few days later I waited three hours to be seen, then to told I needed an ultrasound. That was booked for four days later. Seems a waste of my time and NHS resources being triaged twice.
