The first paramedic I was seen by was absolutely brilliant, great bedside manner and spoke intelligently and genuinely seemed to care. He represents everything good about emergency care. The second follow up visit was not so great. I was dealt with rather brusquely by a younger female paramedic who seemed overly officious.

Better signage to direct patients around the complex facility A common policy of what to do and when as some directions were contradicted by other staff.
