Appointment was by invitation for health check and following that to make an appointment for bloods. Very limited options available and I have to go back to surgery to make latter as none available.
Suggested improvements
The activity questions during health check do not reveal activity level accurately, likely as different interpretation of meaning of brisk / fast walking to different people.

The NHS check was very useful. I was able to speak with the practitioner about other concerns and issues. She was very approachable and helpful.
Suggested improvements
The Partnership gives great care after you attend your appointment. Like many surgeries in the UK it can be difficult to get an appointment in the first place but the staff are always helpful & polite.
