I needed an appointment and upon sending my doctor a message, his PA replied informing me my message had been seen and my doctor would get back to me. That afternoon he did, and an appointment was made for two weeks time.

Although I have to wait for a while as its a yearly check up, urgency was not needed for the appointment. Receptionist was very helpful and had a nice way about her.

I had a pre- arranged telephone appointment at a convenient time in the evening. I was given a lot of information so that I could make an informed decision about the medication I could choose to take.
I felt involved at every step and all the steps required were fully explained to me so I understood why the information was needed and how the medication could affect me.

Had to ring for an appointment needed today.
I really like the new onhold music and the fact they now inform you how far along in the queue you are. I found this helped alot for me to stay patient while waiting for my call to be answered

We have found the investment in our new telephone systems is meeting some of the requested changes that patients wanted. Cant book directly with Sutton Benger. They are really helpful there but need to go through central admin on my behalf.
