Today I was very impressed with the help I received over the phone. The employee was very patient and listened to all the difficulties I was experiencing ordering my wife’s medication. She took all the information and chased this up immediately. I was phoned back within 10 minutes to explain everything was sorted and all processed. This simple call back went above and beyond and it immediately took all the stress away from situation. Thank you so much for your help.

Today I needed to speak to a GP after being sent away from GWH urgent care with a diagnoses I wasn’t happy with. I contacted the surgery and to my surprise was given an appointment the same day and have a prescription and a diagnoses that makes sense to me after having it explained tv the wonderful Dr Thomas. I would also like to thank Francesca Whitworth for her excellent service answering the message so quickly and passing it to the booking team

I used the system on line to get a blood test appointment Francesca came back to me within 5 minutes with an appointment which I was happy to accept all done within 10 minutes much easier than hanging on the phone.

I had been having issues with feeding my baby daughter - now been diagnosed with a milk allergy. I spoke to Franchesca a couple of times over this period, the first time to chase a milk prescription (I had been given a low amount to trial so was in need of an emergency prescription) and when the doctor accidentally prescribed the wrong amount so I couldn’t collect from the pharmacy. Both times Franchesca was extremely polite, and reassured me (I was a little panicked) I would be able to feed me baby. She ensured my problem was resolved promptly, notifying me via text. She was very professional, which with a young baby is important! This is my second child and I’ve often found that you can be judged as being a ‘nervous’ parent. Franchesca also ensured that I felt comfortable contacting the surgery again if I had any more concerns around the milk prescription. She is a credit to your receptionist team!

I have had problems in the past with booking appointments, but the new system is helping and I’ve not currently had any issues since.
