I went on a Saturday so there was no receptionist. There was no sanitiser in the dispensers next to the big sign that says use it! I make use of the online system to request appointments. Living near Sutton Benger I find it frustrating to be called to the Calne site. The nurse was friendly and thorough - there was no pressure put actions going forward, just information and an invitation to follow up if required.

When my son fainted after receiving his immunisation jabs the nurse Jordan was brilliant in looking after him and keep talking to him in making sure he understood everything and explain each step. They rang ambulance to make sure it was not a reaction to jabs. Thank you much both of you for your great support and kindness . Can’t thank you enough Thierry & Reece

I have been ill for four weeks now, and during that time I have only been seen once by your paramedic who said that I need to see a doctor. That was last Thursday and when I phone reception this morning I was told by the receptionist that she would put the message through.
