Needed a blood test, and did not want to go to swindon hospital, as I am a “difficult Bleeder”. The phlebotomist was extremely patient and persisted and was very gentle. Thank you

Obtained an appointment with a nurse in good time. Receptionist very helpful.
At the appointment I was seen on time by friendly staff and nurse. Was kept informed of the procedure being performed at the time. Wasn't rushed. Very pleased with the results.

Very good experience, friendly team. I am difficult to get blood from but the nurse was able to get blood first time with too much prodding for veins

Child booked in for blood tests at Sutton Benger surgery, in spite of GP surgeries apparently not doing children’s blood tests. It was a 50 minute round trip to attend this appointment - a complete waste of time, petrol and childcare (for other children). Appointment was at 10.30. Long text message cancelling appointment sent at 10.21 but this was not seen due to car journey. At the very least, a phone call could have been made as soon as it was discovered that this appointment had been made in error.
