I was 4 minutes late because my daughter fell over in the car park and cut her lip, because of this I was not allowed to attend my appointment and told the nurse had already moved on to the next patient! To add to this I asked the receptionist if she had a tissue for my little ones bleeding face to which she told me she had none?! In a doctors surgery you have no form of tissues to aid in a cut lip on a 1 year old?! Absolutely shocking, disgusting, disgraceful service! You should be ashamed of the way you would treat and injured baby!

Suggested improvements
If the nurse had moved onto the next patient why was I not offer their slot that was after mine?! If my appointment was a block of 10/15 minutes why was my appointment passed onto the next person before my time slot had even finished?!

Hi there, outstanding service from everyone at patford house. The lovely lady on reception changed my appointment with absolutely no fuss at all. The nurse who took my blood was cheerful and lovely. Meeting Fiona for the first time very soon after a couple of phone calls with her. She is an amazing lady. Who understands how a woman on her 50’s feels. Keep up the amazing service you deliver. You are all amazing

They now have an appointment team who do not appear as a contact in the messages app. So yo have to send a message to either your doctor or to a receptionist. Very awkward and causes delays.

Suggested improvements
There are no chairs with arms in the reception area at Beversbrook making getting up from a chair very difficult if you are disabled.

I have to have a blood test every 28 days for my chemo. For almost 18 months this has been possible, for the last 4 months it has been impossible. I have to wait 2 weeks before trying to get an appointment which by then is suddenly fully booked requiring me to go to GWH Swindon. As a cancer sufferer I don’t need this extra aggravation.
