Share review of Patford House Surgery Partnership
What a complete mess they texted me to say my appointment had been cancelled so I phoned waited 3/4 hour to get a pick up then she said she cannot here me and put the phone down on me! So Rude I went to surgery to be told I did have a appointment at 10am so I said when were you going to inform me I had this appointment she said we did so I showed her my phone there was NO message if I had not gone to the surgery I would not have had my appointment it’s a complete shambles
