I was very impressed with the health check I received from Nurse Lauren. It was thorough and informative, and I felt the surgery was portrayed as very approachable.
Suggested improvements
Only one sticking point, I tried to book an online bloods test as recommended by Nurse Lauren, but the system came back saying booking failed try again. And when I tried again, it failed. So I’ll ring Monday.
