I am new at the surgery and so far the experience hasn’t given much of son impression!
I have been in the surgery 3 times to make an appointment and for some strange system where the receptionist cannot make doctors appointments! Never come across that one before! Keep getting promises that an appointment will be forthcoming but still waiting! No doubt I will be dead or cured by the time it comes!

Let receptionists make appointments like everywhere else
