Called today for an appointment. Followed instructions on automotive system to press 0 for call back. This was at lunch and still waiting for that call back. Called in at 6.15pm and waited 15mins for anyone to appear In reception to talk to. Really disappointed with service today.

Suggested improvements
Call logs to be looked into and fixed if there’s a problem and someone to be on reception until door is locked for end of day
