There was a little confusion as to where I needed to go for my appointment. Several reminder texts gave the incorrect surgery for the appointment.
I filled out a covid 19 symptom form, then got another request for the form to be filled out again the evening before the appointment.
When I got to the correct surgery there was little social distancing initially while waiting for the appointment to be confirmed.
The use of texts to remind patients of their appointments is a great idea, but they need to be accurate as if I had gone to the wrong surgery I would have missed my appointment. Does anyone check my notes to see that I filled out the covid form? Sending the second form at 19.46 the night before the appointment is a bit late.
