The receptionists have been rude on multiple occasions. They can often be obstructive and talk over you on the phone. It surprising the lack of compassion in a supposedly caring environment.

Dr. Dashti was very helpful and gave me time to give my views on the problem. He listened and acted upon my statements and requests. The receptionists (saw two) were very helpful and cheerful.

I have known such inefficiency and lack of communication. Over an hour for a simple appointment and prescription. When questioned we told the delay was a safety issue - sounds like a certain train drivers union!! - but no one came and informed us, just left in waiting room. Really this is wholly unacceptable and why would more money be poured into the NHS to perpetuate this level of service, it did not need more money just someone to think and communicate.

I had an appointment at the surgery with Irene Baldwin. She was very approachable and carried out the procedure very carefully. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The receptionist was also very helpful and kind.
