Mr Chowdhry and his brilliant team carried out my TKR with every success, the scaring visible is really neat and tidy. The immediate aftercare was first class, all the nurses that attended me were obviously passionated about their work and their patients, nothing seemed to be too much trouble 24 hours a day. My physiotherapist was and still is looking after me giving all the encouragement I need to pull through such a traumatic event. I would like to thank Mr Chowdhry and the team so much for taking my pain away and giving me a new lease of life after nearly two years of arthritic agony. Thank you.SM

Mr Majid Chowdhry is an experienced and comprehensively trained knee and hip orthopaedic surgeon. His specific area of interest lies in sports' knee injuries, including ACL and complex ligament reconstruction, knee joint preservation, meniscal surgery, and hip and knee replacements. Alongside this, he performs revision hip and knee arthroplasty and fractures of the knee, hip and pelvis.
With such a vast range of available surgical skills, Mr Chowdhry can ensure that each patient receives a completely personalised and tailored treatment option.
His interest in sports injuries has come from being a keen sportsman himself. He is an honorary lecturer in Sports and Exercise Medicine, and contributes to teaching and research arms.
