I cannot recommend or thank Mr Gibbs enough for his care. His level of expertise alongside his excellent communication skills meant that I could go forward with a complex knee replacement procedure with absolute confidence. Having had several bad experiences in hospital in the past it was very refreshing to find someone who was really interested in me and my mobility issues. I never felt rushed and I always felt I had been listened to and my concerns taken seriously. Detailed and clear explanations of options and procedures also helped to build my confidence at a time when I was feeling very anxious. This operation has not only changed my life but it has renewed my confidence in the medical profession. I will never forget the kindness and understanding shown to me by Mr.Gibbs.
