I have been under the care of Mr Cameron Davies-Husband for almost a year now. I feel fortunate to have him as my consultant. He is a highly empathic and caring consultant who goes out of his way to listen to and answer my questions fully and in language that I can understand. Five stars, without hesitation.

I initially had the pleasure of meeting Mr Davies-Husband in early August 2020, due to a large swelling in my neck. I also had difficulty eating and a close friend of mine, who had throat cancer, recommended I make an appointment with Mr Davies-Husband as he was an expert in this field. My friend was treated successfully. At the initial meeting, he gave me a thorough examination including an endoscopy. He said that I had not got throat cancer but thought I was suffering from lymphona cancer and said that he would make all the necessary arrangements for me to see a consultant under the NHS. He did this extremely quickly and the tests that I required were carried out very quickly and Mr Davies-Husband phoned me himself with the results, on 21 August, even though I was not under his care. This resulted in an appointment with a consultant who set out the treatment that I would receive which was 6 sessions of RCHOP chemotherapy. This was successfull and I am now in remission. I am indebted to Mr Davies-Husband for his prompt diagnosis and for the effort he made in ensuring that I had the relevant tests as quickly as possible. His kind and caring manner made me feel very confident at a very difficult time for me. I would recommend Mr Davies-Husband to anyone who had similar symptoms as he was excellent all the way through the difficult process.

Cameron was wonderful with me and gave me the greatest of care. He was incredibly detailed and took the time to look into all the possible causes of my symptoms. Cameron has a lovely, warm and caring nature that put me at ease and i quickly built trust with him quickly. Hopefully i will not need to see him again but if i relapse i will be in contact with him immediately and without hesitation. Cameron also explains complex medical situations in a basic and easy to understand way. Thank you for the help and support.
