I was a fall and went back too see this man a second time, he had no empathy on my hearing problem, he didn't agree with what my NHS Dr said was wrong with me and the treatment I needed, I was telling him the symptoms I have but he didn't seem too listening, after about five minutes he said he didn't think it was worth carrying on my appointment as I had diagnosed my own problem and wasn't listening too him, he's the rudest man, I came out of that room £195 down and felt so deflated I thought he was going to be able too help me.
Thank you! You had a lovely manner with our three year old son Riyan who underwent a tonsillectomy for recurrent tonsillitis. He was looked after, and we had absolute confidence that he was in fabulous hands. Thank you so much for putting him (and us) at ease before the operation. He is a happier boy now without having monthly tonsillitis! We are so grateful.
I paid £180 to see this consultant who showed no interest in my problem and couldn't wait to get me out the door. Hopefully other consultants are better, or at least more understanding.
I saw this EnT consultant about hearing related problems at the Royal Sussex hosptial. He was completely useless and made no attempt to treat my problems. He couldn't get me out the door fast enough.
Mr Saunders apparently specialises in ear disorders and hearing related problems. However, during the course of an extremely short consultation he showed very little interest in my hearing related problems and gave no advice at all about how they could be treated. Although I appreciate as an NHS patient I wasn't going to get much attention I feel he could have been considerably more helpful.
