Very professional, thorough examination, asked more than the relevant questions and took on board everything I told him. Ensured I was happy with the procedure and was satisfied with what the surgery entailed and stressed any downfalls that would make me feel uneasy to continue. Excellent bed side manner, with great aftercare. Highly recomend Mr Asif Parkar for hip surgery.

After having a partial knee replacement surgery 8 weeks ago I can’t rate Mr Parkar highly enough. I was a tough patient and sent lots of emails to Sarah his secretary and Mr Parkar was very helpful post op. I asked him to X-ray it after my 4 weeks post op to put my mind at ease as the swelling was worrying me, he arranged this and now I’m happy I had it done as before I had bone on bone osteoarthritis. Mr Parkar is very highly regarded by the staff at the Spire Hartswood hospital in Brentwood in Essex. This was enough for me as he came recommended to me.

Mr Parkar listened to my concerns and throughly discussed treatment options he took time to answer questions. The injection I had was very effective and the follow up appointment was handled very well, I know what the next steps are and Mr Parkar explained everything very clearly. I was happy with my treatment and the advice given.

Recently had MPFL surgery by Dr Parkar at Spire in Brentwood. From the first time I met Mr Parkar he made me feel at ease about the whole procedure, showing me diagrams off my knee and how the operation would take place. I had consultations, followed by x-rays and mri scans which determined the issues and operation I needed. On the day off the operation whilst waiting in my room I met with the physiotherapist, Nurse, doctor and by Mr.Parkar to explain the operation and if I had any questions pre op. It’s been 8 weeks and everything is going to plan and I feel very grateful to off been able to have the operation by Mr.Parkar. Hopefully I will be back to full health and be able to enjoy sports and activies without the worry off my knee. Thank you!!
