I first met Heather Rohan in March of this year (2020) She has wonderful empathy, focus and determination- an ideal health professional in these unprecedented times. I shall be eternally grateful to the magnificent surgical team from Chelsea and Westminster, to the nursing staff at The Cromwell for their phenomenal care and kindness and of course to my CHAMPION - Heather Rohan!

This woman is an absolute star. She dealt with me earlier this year after having an ileostomy closure. She was so kind and sweet and not to mention a brilliant laugh. There were days I felt dreadful but she came along, brightened it up and gave me an extra personal bit of assistance. She was always on hand and continues to be so as a friend. I can't thank her enough and always look forward to seeing her. Thank you so much Heather, you are one fabulous lady!!

Heather has been fantastic from first day I met her. I have undergone two operations on my bowel in the last 24 months, and the care from everyone at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, specifically Heather has been exceptional. Heather always makes herself available, and resolves any issues quickly without a fuss. Keep up the good work, and give her a well deserved pay rise during her next appraisal.

I want to start by saying thank you Heather and the team Wow where to start the past year was tough when it comes to my health and life after. However, through it all Heather was there from my first operation to my last one. Heather was always on the end of the phone or an email and if I am honest, I don’t think I would of got through as strong as I did without Heathers continues support, even to this day Heather is still supporting me, its only 4 weeks from my last operation and all is going well I have Heather to thank for helping me make it.
