Niki was amazing. Took the time to explain everything in detail and answered any questions. Niki made me feel extremely comfortable and her beside manner was impeccable. She emailed over lots of tips and even arranged a follow up phone call. I found it very reassuring to have someone so pleasant, friendly and non judgemental helping me with an asthma plan.
