All staff treated me with respect at all times. All staff has a smile and carried out my requests, very pleasantly. Nothing was any trouble. Everyone is treated equally. A very pleasant ward to stay on.

Although the treatment was good it could have been vastly improved if:- there was more staffing right across the board, as all staff work extremely hard. I have staydedon many wards in the Maglor Hospital and have found Evington to be one of the best. All staff are very helpful and responsible. All staff ranging from cleaners, NA, nurses and doctors are of the greatest standard and take great pride in there word. Sthic I thank you very much.

I was pleased that there was good communication from doctors and staff at every step of the way and treatments. Also the care from all nurses and other staff was dignified.

The nurses on this ward are amazing. I have previously had to stay the Maelor on a different ward there was no comparission. This time my experience was nothing but positive. The care i saw for those around me was consistently kind and caring. One nurse (I believe her name is Eleanor from the Philippines) displayed extreme efficientcy along with such gentle kindness it was wonderful. Even the male members of the team cleaning the female patients before bed were amazing so kind and clear in explaining what they were helping with.
