From start to finish and was treated in a very friendly, comforting and information say, I was made to feel at ease and the information and explanation from the paramedic and doctor were easily understood. The nurses were also very attentive thank you staff.

Staff were pleasant and kind . Waiting time wasn't too bad at all. I have spent some time in EMU recently too . Which was also excellent, both staff and care . Wonderful care and wonderful staff .

On arrival the sign said there was an 1.5hour wait, but we were seen within 30 minutes. The triage nurse was really friendly, kind and checked my childs injury, that he'd got at preschool. He is very nervous in medical settings, but the nurse was really patient and spoke to kindly and explained clearly what she was going to do before doing it.
Brilliant service, it was really quick and saved us having to go to A&E. Thank you for your help.

Listened to what I was saying as her parent. She’s my third child I was 99 percent sure she had tonsillitis that needed antibiotics. I was told no it wasn’t that and to just mange it at home with pain relief. She declined over the weekend and I had to go to the doctor first thing Monday morning. The moment he looked at her throat he said there was pus over the tonsils and she needed antibiotics. I don’t think nurse practitioners should see children under 5 who can’t communicate what’s wrong. I feel annoyed I wasn’t listened to.
