Some of the nurses were very caring and helpful, listening, explaining and gentle.
Nearly all of the staff were very good and friendly and I leave a big thank you to everyone.
It cannot be easy for anybody to do the work they do.
I had my dressing gown lost, taken with bed linen in a deep clean. No one has spoken to me about it, although I have officially made a complaint.
I have been told conflicting information about someone coming to discuss my care package.
I still do not know what is happening.

Care by all staff was exceptional.
It would be impossible to find anything better.
Everyone listened carefully and acted with great attention and kindness.
I will be sorry to leave them and will remember everyone with pleasure.
The doctors were outstanding too and went way beyond their duty.
Altogether Linfoot Ward is a super place.

Constant attention in a friendly and kind way.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
I have been in a peaceful ward with very caring staff.
I don't believe you could improve a great deal on that.

I can't put into words the kindness and care and fun the staff gave to me during my stay.
I don't want to go but bless you all.

I felt like I was a person, not just a body in a bed.
Only real complaint. Too much noise.
The young people could be encouraged to smile more often.
I didn't really like being called 'my lovely or darling'but I know times have changed and I accept that.
